New House

Two days after arriving back in Quelimane, we moved from our apartment to a house that some colleagues had moved out of. (We miss you McDaniels!).

The house has a few benefits, like being in a more central location, making it easier for me to get out of the house and meet with locals, and there are no stairs to exit with two toddlers and a baby. One of the biggest blessings of the new house is having a yard for the girls to play in. Albeit grassless, we are taking full advantage of our cement play area!

Special Treats

Here are some of the special luxuries we got to enjoy while we were in South Africa:
Perfectly cool weather with no humidity. It had the added bonus of being able to enjoy the girls with their hair down. (it's too hot in Quelimane!)

A bird sanctuary

Being together enjoying shows

A play zone - kids play, parents drink coffee.

Speaking of coffee - cappuccinos with REAL sugarless cream.. mmmm

Parks with grass

Gourmet steak houses with play areas (why has no one else caught on to this phenomenon?)

BBQing meat and vegetables

Safe tap water!!!!

Four Day Drive

We're back in Mozambique! We've been back for three weeks now. Ambrose's passports came in all of a sudden so we decided to take the four day drive back together as a family of five. As you can see, it was extra cosy!
