Boy Blanket

Without being in fulltime language learning while in Jo'burg i've had a blissful amount of quiet time during Lilah's nap to knit bub 3 a blanket. Any guesses what sex I think the baby will be? Don't worry, i'll crochet a giant pink flower to attach to it if we have a girl :) It's easier to girl up a boy blanket than to boy up a girl blanket!

Two more days...

Lilah and I have been in Johannesburg, South Africa, since I was 35 weeks pregnant. We needed to leave Mozambique then because I couldn't fly any later (in fact, with all of the issues and questions we faced, I was lucky to fly at all!). Today, Nate and Eliana started the three day drive down to South Africa. They will travel three countries which means two border crossings. This goes without saying, but they have constantly been on my mind in prayer! I just heard from Nate. They've finished the first 9 hour leg and are safe and sound in Zimbabwe. 13+ hours to go! I can't wait to see my hubby!!!!! and my gorgeous girl :)
