A birth story

I finally posted Eliana's birth story on her blog. Nate thinks I'm a bit wierd for blogging about it, and doing it 7 months after she was born, but it's done. If you're like me and enjoy reading birth stories, it's on Eliana's blog: http://www.elianaschoen.blogspot.com

Red River Gorge

We just had our first camping trip as a threesome. Eliana did awesome! I think she likes the outdoors. We went with our Care Group from church. It was a last hoora with our leaders, the Saunders, to say goodbye before they head back to California.

Nate's signature self taken photos never fail! Those long arms of his come in handy so often:)
Many of you may know how I've struggled with keeping Eliana on the weight charts for her age. But, there are some benefits of having such a small child. At 7 months she's still not too heavy for hikes in the Baby Bjorn! (Not to mention that she is getting great use out of all of her clothes, she is only just growing out of her 3 month old clothes!)
We had such a fun time - bongo balling, hiking, eating and just sitting in chairs by the fire. It was a wonderful get together before the inevitable Goodbye. Ben, Chelsea and Noah, you are amazing. We'll miss you like crazy!!!
